We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your Justinite order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before Your Order Ships

Cancellation requests may be accepted if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If you need to change your shipping address, product, quantity, color, or other order details, contact us immediately.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been captured, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
