Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the intimate and personal nature of many products sold by Justinite, additional hygiene requirements apply to returns.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:
- Unused and unworn;
- Unopened and in their original sealed packaging;
- In their original condition;
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and included items.
Hygiene & Intimate Products
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products that have been opened, used, worn, or removed from sealed hygiene packaging generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.
This may include intimate toys, lingerie, personal care items, lubricants, condoms, and other hygiene-sensitive products.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photos or video showing the problem where reasonably necessary.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please do not return products without receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to process and display the refund.
